The transparent conductive
oxide, TCO, is widely used in applications where transparencies and
conductions are requires (plasma, LCD, display).
The electromagnetic screening devices and defrost glass applications
are confidential. Low resources indium leads to a sparing use of this
mineral.

RBnano-ITO
ink is a stable sol-gel precursor (shelf life > 6 months)
which can
be applied by simple techniques on all glass surfaces.
Layers can be
sprayed, soaked, or applied by ink roller or stamped.
Therefore it is
an inexpensive solution which doesn't need costly equipment
as well as
technical skills.
RBnano-ITO works in
normal
temperature, moisture or dust condition. Ink jet application is under
way to study.
Linear conductivity can
range from a few kW to 60 kW for a single
layer. Thickness depends on annealing temperature.
The basic composition is In2O390% SnO2 10%. It can be changed on
demand. Coating operations implementing a mask process can easly be
done. At the request, other doping are available.
